Worst customer service ever! Company has terrible customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable of the products and took her time getting to know my friend and i to match us with the perfect sets. Walking into Ashley’s furniture is an experience i will not forget solely because of our outstanding sales person Norvys Campos. I find this really hard to believe because I know that their customer service cannot be this horrible. They are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

She is so knowledgeable of every piece at Ashley; there wasn’t a single question that she could not answer about any piece. She was so incredibly sweet and helpful. I will never purchase something here again, I will also warn everyone I can.
She transferred me to our sales representative and I explained the whole situation to him again. She stated she was calling the store to verify if they showed us a picture. She stated that we saw a computer generated picture in the store. They reached out to us and told us there is nothing they can do for us because the couch is in our house. We were told that the couch pieces can be arranged the way we needed to fit the area in our living room.
I definitely would recommend to come here and have Christian or Sofie help with the process. He gave us all the information we needed it and gave us good time to think about it. Frankie was great and very patient. Amir and Frankie were absolutely amazing.
